Pre-Order Lead Times

Once the pre-order window closes (see posted dates), please allow for extended production times, especially during:

Sales events
Holiday seasons
High-volume custom orders

Order & Shipping Details

All items in your order will ship together once production begins after the pre-sale closes.
You can place your order anytime during the open pre-sale window.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability — details will be included in your packing slip.
